Fouzi Mesaoudi (Alphen aan den Rijn, 27 May 1981) is a Dutch footballer of Moroccan descent who played as a midfielder during his playing days. Messaoudi made his debut with Sparta and then played for HFC Haarlem. In the 2005/06 season, he tried to make his debut in British football. He was on probation with Chelsea FC, Fulham FC, Southampton FC, Peterborough United and Falkirk FC in Scotland. He signed there in October 2005 until the end of the calendar year. After another probationary period at Wycombe Wanderers, he entered amateur football. In the 2010/11 season he still played in Belgium, where he lived, for KFC Wuustwezel.  In 2000 he played two games with the Dutch national U21 futsal team.

As a coach he holds the UEFA A coaching title and started his career as an assistant coach with Sparta Rotterdam U-16 and after his great work and knowledge, the club offered him the possibility to become the first U-14 coach.
