Personal development and for better utilizing my unique skill set and experience to maximize the benefit of the soccer club in both training and performance.<\/p>\n

Born in Japan, I have traveled extensively, living and working in Argentina, France, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands, first as a professional player before finally becoming a coach and technical analyst and then a coach again. I have been fortunate to work in centers of soccer excellence including; FC Barcelona Academy (coach), CF Pachuca (1st team technical staff), AC Milan (1st team technical staff), Excelsior Rotterdam (assistant coach) while learning from several world class respected coaches and trainers such as Luis Enrique FC Barcelona, Juan Carlos Unzue Celta from Vigo and Stanley Brard at Feyenoord, all focused on building and promoting a winning environment within their respective soccer clubs.<\/p>\n

I believe that these unique experiences, along with my time as a coach and technical analyst (developing the player training approach through the deep learning analysis system) have trained me as an innovative coach that allows me to help accelerate both the progress and development of all the players I had the pleasure of working with.<\/p>\n
