After starting out as a coach with FC Crotone U-19 for three years, one of Italy’s biggest clubs, AS Roma, turned to him to bring him up through the ranks.\u00a0<\/p>\n
After two years as U16 coach and due to his great work in training young players, Nello has been promoted to be the U18 coach. We are in front of one of the most promising coaches in Italy, where his mastery of the game and his passion for training make this coach an insurance for the formation of players for the first team of the As Roma.\u00a0<\/p>\n
